HydroDigital has announced the appointment of Farshid Shoushtarian, Ph.D. as Program Manager, where he will ensure clients realize measurable value and high engagement with the HydroDigital Platform. Farshid brings proven expertise in applying AI and machine learning to real-time decision support for water utilities, further strengthening the company’s commitment to delivering data-driven insights and empowering clients to optimize their systems.

In his new position, Farshid will lead the implementation of HydroDigital’s Real-Time Decision Support System (RT-DSS) platform, overseeing program delivery, client partnership strategies, and the continuous enhancement of service offerings to ensure utilities maximize operational efficiencies. Drawing on his background as Digital Water Specialist, he will serve as the primary liaison between clients and HydroDigital’s development and services teams. Farshid will play a pivotal role in helping clients seamlessly integrate advanced technologies and achieve measurable improvements.
